  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The product is returned within 7–14 days of delivery
  • The item is in its original packaging with all accessories

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Customized or special-order items

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective chair:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Ship the item back to our provided address

5. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed

  • It may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account
